Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operator

**Location:** Paducah, KY

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

**Shift:** Must be available to work a swing shift schedule, including both day and night shifts. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed is required.

What's the Job?

+ Support production operations by preparing raw materials and packaging finished products

+ Weigh raw materials accurately according to batch tickets, ensuring proper labeling and documentation

+ Package finished goods, inspecting pouches for damage or foreign materials prior to packing

+ Operate processing equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards

What's Needed?

+ Basic math, reading, communication, and organizational skills

+ Ability to work physically demanding shifts, including standing, lifting, bending, and twisting

+ Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional assistance for heavier loads

+ Prior forklift experience (training and verification pending)

+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
