Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting client operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Site Manager

**Location:** New York, NY

**Pay Range:** $38 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Lead and oversee facilities management operations to ensure service excellence

+ Manage client relationships at all organizational levels, fostering trust and satisfaction

+ Ensure project deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and KPIs are achieved

+ Supervise vendor performance and coordinate emergency responses as needed

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field

+ 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

+ Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Proficiency with facilities management software and data analysis tools
