• Quality Engineer II - 2nd Shift

    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer II - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Quality Engineer II - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and product development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Engineer II - 2nd Shift -3pm - 1am

    **Location:** Menlo Park, CA

     

    Pay Range: 43/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide Process and Quality Engineering support to manufacturing to ensure delivery of high-quality products to customers.

    + Assist product development teams in developing and maintaining high-quality new products.

    + Identify manufacturing process defects such as scrap, nonconforming materials, and customer complaints, and help determine root causes and corrective actions.

    + Collaborate with process owners to establish product stops and document release criteria.

    + Review product specifications, quality plans, and systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

    + 2-5 years of related work experience with a foundational understanding of quality and manufacturing processes.

    + Basic technical knowledge of quality concepts, practices, and procedures.

    + Familiarity with quality systems, risk analyses, and FMEAs is preferred.

    + Ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly across departments.
