Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Process Manager to join their team. As a Process Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Process Manager

**Location:** Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $40/h + benefits

What's the Job?

+ Oversee designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes and improvements

+ Implement solutions focused on creating efficiency and scalability through technology and automation

+ Design and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes or develop new capabilities

+ Lead cross-functional collaboration on problem definition, technical design, and scoping to build effective solutions

+ Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, identify risks, and resolve escalations through investigation and analysis

What's Needed?

+ Experience in process management, operations, or related fields (3+ years)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams

+ Knowledge of technology, automation, and workflow design

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
