    Our client, a leading organization in data center construction and project management, is seeking a Construction PM Data Center Iowa to join their team. As a Construction PM Data Center Iowa, you will be part of the project management department supporting large-scale data center development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for data center construction projects.

    + Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.

    + Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.

    + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.

    + Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management and project teams.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    + 8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.

    + Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Bluebeam or Primavera P6.

    + Strong understanding of project planning, earned value management, and key commodity tracking.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
