Experis Game Solutions is seeking a Test Director to join their team in support of testing efforts for AAA games in development. As a Test Director, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for gaming and quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Test Director

**Pay Range:** $165,000

What's the Job?

+ Own and develop the testing strategy across multiple AAA game titles to ensure high-quality delivery.

+ Lead and manage both remote and onsite testing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

+ Set strategic direction and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within testing processes and team performance.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, advocating for quality and innovative solutions.

What's Needed?

+ 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles in the video game industry.

+ At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing QA teams or managers.

+ Proven ability to utilize data analytics for decision-making, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Experience working with AAA game development partners is highly desirable.
