Our client, a dedicated organization in the legal services industry, is seeking a VA Benefits Customer Service Assistants, Racine WI to join their team. As a VA Benefits Customer Service Assistants, Racine WI, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting Veteran’s Benefits Assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Racine, WI
**Pay Range:** $18-$23 DOE
Shift: 1st Shift Hours
What's the Job?
+ Assist Veterans with inquiries related to disability benefits and the application process
+ Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding VA benefits
+ Support the processing of claims and documentation submissions
+ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case updates
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED; some college experience is a plus
+ Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
