As a Machine Operator, you will support various manufacturing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

    **Pay:** $20 per hour

    Shifts Available:

    Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm

     

    3:50am - 4pm - 12-hour rotating shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule

     

    Sunday 6am - 6pm (with training to switch to 6pm - 6am)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to support production goals

    + Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure quality standards are met

    + Use hand tools as needed for assembly and inspection tasks

    + Assist in the assembly of smaller products and perform machine operations

    + Lift occasional weights not exceeding 25 lbs to support manufacturing processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred

    + Ability to lift and handle weights up to 25 lbs

    + Comfort with using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks

    + Strong attention to detail and quality standards

    + Reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic
