    Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator - High Reach to join their team. As a Forklift Operator - High Reach, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Forklift Operator - High Reach

    **Location:** Mount Juliet, TN

     

    Pay Range: 17-19/ hours

     

    Shift: Varies

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate high reach forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack materials within the warehouse

    + Ensure accurate and safe handling of inventory in accordance with company policies

    + Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

    + Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided

    + Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

    + Commitment to safety standards and procedures
