What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

+ Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns, reporting any observations according to site protocols.

+ Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with entry and exit procedures as required.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as directed by site management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ **Be at least 21 years of age.**

+ **Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.**

+ **Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.**

+ **An armed guard card or license is preferred.**

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
