As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining a visible presence throughout a premier hotel and resort location. This is a driving post, where you will play a key role in monitoring assigned areas and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel and resort location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist guests, staff, and visitors.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities in and around the location.

+ Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel as needed regarding security-related matters.

+ Assist with access control and/or visitor management as required by location policies.

+ Support emergency response efforts, including evacuation assistance and coordinating with local emergency services if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Primarily driving post is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
