As a Dispatch Officer within a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch personnel and relay information as needed throughout the location.

+ Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.

+ Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the location.

+ Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and access control processes.

+ Document and report all incidents, activities, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and location standards.

+ Communicate with on-site personnel and emergency responders to coordinate response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Supervisory experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
