We are seeking a Regional Director to lead our regional teams, drive business growth, and set the standard for technical excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and the careers of the engineers you mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilized

+ Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives

+ Develop ongoing support of the organization

+ Share resources to keep best staff in from of the client

+ Review and develop/ approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basis

+ Lead the execution of continued growth, development and mentoring of Staff

+ Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions.

+ Ensure quality control of projects to allow for bet possible product to be presented to the client.

+ Proposal generation and review as required.

+ Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients

+ Any special projects as required

Requirements:

+ Bachelors degree

+ 10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experience

+ Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills

+ Strong Communication Skills

+ Excellent Coach and Mentor skills

+ Strong financial and analytical skills

+ Ability to present in front of a group of people

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders

+ Travel required

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000
