Responsibilities for an Associate Manufacturing Technician include but are not limited to:
• Perform tasks related to manufacturing operations, including set-up, calibration, assembly, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, and finished assemblies.
• Use hand tools to support the manufacturing process and follow detailed work instructions and established procedures.
• Collect and evaluate operating data, performing adjustments to equipment or products as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers during experiments and assist in developing methods to improve or modify manufacturing processes.
Candidates for Associate Manufacturing Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work under close supervision, and perform routine tasks with accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills within defined practices and procedures.
• Ability to learn company policies and processes through on-the-job training and maintain consistent attendance.

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4×10-hour schedule)

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
