Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Field Service Technician** working in **San Antonio, TX (Onsite)**
Pay Range:- $28 - $30/ Hour
Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide high-touch technical support in a professional banking environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing devices, and ensuring seamless technology operations for executive-level users.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide software and hardware support, including servers and Cisco technologies.
+ Troubleshoot and support MS Office Suite applications (MS Teams, Outlook) and Windows OS.
+ Assist with administration of virtual/desktop/laptop management and infrastructure applications (VDI, patch management, encryption, antivirus).
+ Manage incident and request tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
+ Backup and recover user data; reimage devices both remotely and onsite.
+ Configure, install, and test hardware components; manage hardware deployments and replacements.
+ Install and validate correct software versions on devices and confirm functionality.
+ Utilize internal tools to troubleshoot end-user machine functionality.
+ Document service events accurately in work orders and ticketing systems.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Must-Have Skills
+ 3–5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
+ Experience with VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, antivirus, and incident/request management.
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (preferred).
+ Strong skills in data backup, recovery, and device reimaging.
+ Excellent customer communication and service skills.
+ Knowledge of two-factor authentication.
+ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
