Field Service Technician
Everett, WA(Onsite role)
6 Month Contract
Pay Rate ::$28/HR.
Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for printer hardware and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while aligning with both customer needs and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printer hardware issues, including mechanical and technical components.
+ Perform alignment and calibration using tools and specialized apparatus.
+ Address issues involving third-party software, networks, and switches as needed.
+ Maintain compliance with contractual obligations while meeting customer expectations.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
+ Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
+ Make sound business decisions balancing risk and customer satisfaction.
+ Work independently while adhering to established procedures and standards.
+ Provide technology solutions and options based on industry and company knowledge.
+ Quickly assess technical situations and manage operational challenges effectively.
Experience & Core Competencies:
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools.
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues logically and systematically.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
+ Attention to detail and commitment to administrative responsibilities.
+ Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently under changing conditions.
+ Understanding of financial implications in business decisions.
+ Customer-facing experience in a technical support role.
Assessment & Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift, and move up to 50 lbs.
+ Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and non-traditional workdays.
+ Comfortable with shift work and on-site customer interactions.
+ Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience.
+ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; additional hardware technology training preferred.
College degree is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
