Responsibilities for a Tax Support Specialist include but are not limited to:
• Ensure all tax vouchers are processed and mailed out timely
• Input documents received into the PPT App for tracking purposes
• Perform a variety of tasks using established concepts, practices, and procedures within the tax field
• Support preparation of property tax bills to ensure timely payment and accurate bill back to lessees
• Review assessed property values for reasonableness and track issues identified
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding property tax charges and provide clear explanations and detailed calculations
Candidates for Tax Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage high volumes of information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Leasing business personal property tax experience preferred

**Pay Details:** $27.96 per hour
