The ICQA Sr. Specialist supports daily inventory control operations within the Distribution Center, including inventory research, wave planning, RTV processing, inventory adjustments, and issue resolution across multiple Ross systems (RDM, RMS). This role partners closely with DC Operations, Business Solutions, and Loss Prevention teams to resolve complex inventory challenges, ensure timely merchandise processing, maintain FIFO compliance, and deliver high-quality internal and external customer service. The Sr. Specialist also leads training efforts for ICQA Specialist I & II associates, preparing materials, conducting system and process training, and evaluating trainee progress to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
Qualified candidates will have at least one year of distribution experience, strong analytical and computer skills, successful completion of required assessments and UID Certification, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift, along with consistent attendance and the ability to work on a concrete warehouse floor for extended periods.
Must be available Monday – Friday 6AM -2PM or 5AM – 1PM. Schedule will vary depending on availability. Overtime availability required including Saturdays.
Pay rate: $ 20.48
**Pay Details:** $20.48 per hour
