Pay: $20/hr + Benefits
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a fast-paced warehouse team? Adecco is hiring a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
• Enter data and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings for leadership.
• Prepare reports and presentations to track warehouse performance.
• Maintain compliance records and support audits.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year of administrative experience (warehouse/logistics a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
