    IGNITE POSITION - Student Support

    1 FTE Associate

    + Provide online student support.

    + Monitors student attendance and progress

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for online students needing academic or behavioral support.

    + Assist students with navigating learning platforms, accessing resources, and resolving technical issues.

    + Monitor student progress and engagement, and provide individualized support or referrals as needed.

    + Facilitate virtual check-ins on academic success.

    + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and implement interventions.

    + Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support services provided.

    + Coordinate with IT and student services to ensure seamless access to technology and campus resources

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Travel required on an occasional basis.

     

    Reports to IGNITE Principal

     

    Hourly Wage: $16.49
