Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX is seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined, and safety-focused Tool Room Support Associate to join our Support Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our Field Technicians moving - delivering essential tools, equipment, and parts, supporting repairs, and helping maintain the heartbeat of our field operations.

What You'll Do
+ Safely operate company trucks up to a 1-ton load range.
+ Pull, load, and unload utility trailers with confidence and care.
+ Deliver HVAC tools, parts, and equipment directly to Technicians in the field.
+ Assist with tool and asset management, including inventory, organization, and tracking.
+ Support basic repairs and service recovery equipment maintenance (vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery units, etc.).
+ Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient tool room environment.
+ Serve as a dependable support partner to our Field Service Personnel.
What You Bring
+ A valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in the past 3 years).
+ Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude - you enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands.
+ A self-starter mindset and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
+ Previous HVAC industry experience is a PLUS.
+ Forklift operation experience is required.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1–5 years of experience in a related field.
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
This is a hands-on, active role. You will:
+ Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift/move equipment regularly (up to 75 lbs. with a forklift).
+ Work indoors and outdoors, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
+ Be exposed to moving mechanical parts, heights, loud environments, and occasional electrical or chemical hazards.
