    As a People Development Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives that connect talent growth objectives to actionable outcomes.     About the Role

    + Support people development managers in research, data collection, and analysis to help drive talent solutions

    + Assist in tracking program milestones and maintaining comprehensive development plans

    + Help prepare training documentation, presentations, and status reports for various stakeholders

    + Participate in identifying success metrics and qualitative success criteria for development programs

    + Learn to maintain program documentation and resources in a rapidly changing work environment

    + Support communication efforts between team members and stakeholders

    + Shadow people development professionals to understand how talent initiatives impact business outcomes

     

    About You

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Completion of coursework in human resources, talent development, or organizational behavior

    + Previous internship or work experience in a people-focused setting

    + Experience with basic data analysis or research projects

    + Interest in learning about talent development methodologies
