Job Title:** **Forklift Operator $17/HR

Pay & Growth

+ **Starting Pay:** $17/hr

+ **Big Opportunity:** Pay increase up to **$21.50/hr after 90 days**

What You’ll Do

+ Build pallets of canned dry goods for shipment to grocery stores and retailers.

+ Pick and pack products accurately according to client orders.

+ Operate a stand-up forklift like a pro in a high-energy environment.

+ Navigate the warehouse and assemble customized pallets for each order.

+ Use a headset system to guide your moves and keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

+ Forklift experience (stand-up preferred).

+ Solid skills in order picking and packing.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and keep up with the team.

Extra Points If You Have

+ Stamina to stand for 8–10 hours a day.

+ Strength to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

+ At least 6 months of forklift experience OR 1+ year in a busy warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
