Inventory / Materials Specialist – Issaquah, WA

**Pay:** $20–$23/hr

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory/Materials Specialist to manage warehouse operations and ERP-related activities. This role involves receiving, packaging, and stocking incoming materials, as well as handling shipping and receiving for assembly work orders to meet customer requirements **.**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive and verify incoming products against electronic records.

+ Pick, pack, and label parts accurately per customer specifications.

+ Upload documents, create shipping notices, and generate bills of lading using customer portals.

+ Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) safely for material movement.

+ Process small package and LTL shipments via carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL; schedule daily freight pickups.

+ Communicate with sales and purchasing teams regarding order issues, delays, or damages.

+ Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure accurate electronic records.

+ Close purchase and work orders promptly and accurately.

+ Perform regular inventory cycle counts.

Required Skills:

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability.

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently.

+ Experience in inventory management, picking, packing, RF scanners, material handling, and shipping/receiving.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operations.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Dependable and accountable team player.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Issaquah, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
