    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Individuals in this role will be assisting operators with projects, including inspection, unloading/loading sheets, packaging, and performing miscellaneous maintenance within the job area.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist operators with various projects.

    + Inspect products at the end of the line.

    + Package products and prepare them for transportation.

    + Utilize a pallet jack to move products to the wrapping machine.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to stand for 10-hour days.

    + Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.

    + Attendance and reliability are crucial.

    + Preferred experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The work takes place in a very small manufacturing plant with a total of 10 people on each shift. The production floor is semi-clean but loud. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection, is required. Available shifts include 1st Shift from 6am-4:30pm and 2nd Shift from 4pm-2:30am Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
