    Job Title: Maintenance Manager

    Job Description

    Coordinate the maintenance department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management.

    Responsibilities

    + Hire and retain a skilled maintenance team.

    + Train and supervise a team of 3-5 technicians and 1 AOG Technician.

    + Collaborate with outside vendors and clients to schedule and perform maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in preventive maintenance, maintenance management, electrical and mechanical systems, and aviation.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills.

    + 2+ years of experience in a lead, supervisor, or managerial role.

    + A&P license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with piston, Cirrus, or Corridor is preferred.

    + IA certification is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $115000.00/yr.
