    Job Title: Assembly Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician responsible for assembling actuators, conducting final assembly inspections, and completing pressure tests of parts. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and accurate documentation, including timekeeping and bill of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble actuators with precision and care.

    + Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Perform pressure testing on parts to verify integrity.

    + Follow established safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

    + Accurately document processes, including timekeeping and bill of materials.

    + Engage in general maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in mechanical assembly within a related industry.

    + Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Ability to use micrometers and other measuring equipment.

    + Knowledge of fluid power technology, with certification preferred.

    + Experience using various hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Fluid power technology degree preferred.

    + Strong math and mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    + Comfortable using computer software.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a modern facility located conveniently off 65, equipped with air conditioning and a newly installed air filtration system. While the production floor may be somewhat dirty, we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ham Lake, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
