    Electrical Assembly Technician

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexible start times available)

Join our growing team as an **Electrical Assembly Technician** , where you’ll take ownership of assembling complex mechanical and electrical systems from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety—one day you might be wiring control panels, the next troubleshooting motors or installing conveyors. If you enjoy working with tools, reading schematics, and making things work, this is the opportunity for you.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble mechanical and electrical units using hand and power tools.

    + Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

    + Build control panels, install motors, assemble conveyors, and panel boards.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical components to keep systems running smoothly.

    + Perform wiring installations, including terminals, jump fuses, and panels.

    + Pitch in with facility tasks like packaging and warehouse support when needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Mechanical & Electrical Aptitude:** You know your way around tools and wiring.

    + **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable with computers, Excel, and learning new software.

    + **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in electro-mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to read schematics and blueprints with confidence.

    + Bonus points for troubleshooting experience and familiarity with advanced software.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
