    Job Title: Concrete Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced Concrete & Asphalt General Laborers who hold a valid CDL-A license to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work in the field, supporting projects from start to finish, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. Jobs will be maintenance, new construction, and repair of commercial streets and parking lots throughout the Greater Saint Louis area.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general labor tasks related to asphalt and concrete construction.

    + Participate in site preparation, grading, and paving.

    + Pour, finish, and cure concrete.

    + Conduct asphalt patching, resurfacing, and sealing.

    + Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.

    + Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites using CDL-A vehicles.

    + Assist with traffic control and ensure compliance with safety standards.

    + Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

    Essential Skills

    + Valid CDL-A license.

    + Experience in asphalt and/or concrete construction.

    + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

    + Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow company guidelines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with heavy equipment operation such as excavators.

    + Concrete finishing skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
