Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking two reliable General Laborers to join our team at Denver International Airport. These positions will primarily support fireproofing crews by maintaining clean work areas and assisting with material handling and preparation.
Responsibilities
+ Clean and maintain designated work areas, including removal of debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
+ Assist fireproofers by moving, staging, and preparing fireproofing materials and equipment.
+ Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
+ Set up and break down work areas, including covering surfaces and protecting adjacent areas from overspray.
+ Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and performing other tasks as directed.
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Essential Skills
+ General labor experience.
+ Construction knowledge.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Experience with scissor lifts.
+ Experience in fireproofing.
+ Ability to work in an airport environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of previous commercial construction or labor experience.
+ Willingness to comply with all security and safety requirements.
+ Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge.
+ Possession of a valid driver's license.
+ Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2 pm. You will be part of a 4-person crew, working in a 2-person team. The day begins at the warehouse in Henderson at 5:45 am, where you will carpool to the airport. Shift pay starts at 6:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.51 - $23.51/hr.
