Diesel Mechanic in Clarksville, TN

Job Description

This role involves working on an industrial equipment fleet, focusing on all heavy equipment. The position requires a commitment of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinery.

+ Work with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

+ Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

+ Read and interpret blueprints for equipment maintenance and repair.

+ Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics.

+ Experience as a maintenance technician.

+ Strong mechanical skills.

+ Ability to perform welding and fabrication.

+ Blueprint reading and interpretation.

+ Industrial maintenance experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous heavy equipment maintenance experience is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
