Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for facilitating and maintaining the ISO 9001, IATF, and ISO quality management systems and certifications within the organization. This role institutes Quality Assurance/Control Practices and Procedures to ensure compliance with requirements for finished products, assists in claim investigations, and implements corrective actions utilizing the organization’s ISO/IATF process. The supervisor also facilitates the Quality Training of employees, develops training courses, maintains quality training records, and supports the organization’s quality management system processes. Additionally, they remain informed about new developments in international ISO/IATF quality management standards, provide required weekly/monthly reports to leadership, manage monthly HFI valuation and claims reserve requirements, and facilitate the development and maintenance of APQP FMEA’s and Control Plans.

Responsibilities

+ Facilitate and maintain ISO 9001, IATF, and ISO quality management systems and certifications.

+ Institute Quality Assurance/Control Practices and Procedures for compliance with finished product requirements.

+ Assist in claim investigations and implement corrective actions using ISO/IATF processes.

+ Facilitate Quality Training for employees by developing courses and maintaining training records.

+ Remain updated on developments in International ISO/IATF quality management standards.

+ Provide weekly/monthly reports and presentations to leadership.

+ Determine and manage monthly HFI valuation and claims reserve requirements.

+ Ensure timely disposition of non-conforming materials.

+ Facilitate development and maintenance of APQP FMEA’s and Control Plans.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
