    Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated maintenance technicians available for weekend shifts to join our dynamic team. The role requires building teams of two, with one team member having mechanical skills and the other having electrical skills. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and maintaining various types of CNC and foundry equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and foundry equipment.

    + Perform minor fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

    + Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.

    + Read and interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting 480V and 220V systems.

    + Engage in troubleshooting, PLC, electrical, mechanical, conveyor maintenance, and hydraulics.

    + Carry out CNC maintenance on Lathe and Mill machinery.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in troubleshooting CNC and foundry equipment.

    + Basic knowledge in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting 3-phase motors.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

    + Skills in troubleshooting 480V and 220V systems.

    + Experience with PLC, electrical, mechanical, conveyor maintenance, and hydraulics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with machinery such as Maak, Haas, Fanuc, Morisieki, and Okuma is highly preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires availability to work weekends, with a five-day workweek and two rotating days off.

     

    Example schedules include working Wednesday through Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off, or Friday through Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.

     

    Open to either 6AM - 6PM for days ot 6PM - 6AM for nights.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
