Job Title: Chemical Operator
Job Description
Join our team in the manufacturing of specialized and polyurethane coatings used in aviation, marine, and various industrial industries. With an array of 80 topcoat colors, you will play a vital role in the mixing and batching process.
Responsibilities
+ Mixing and batching ingredients according to batch records
+ Utilizing technology to mix batches
+ Monitoring machines and equipment throughout the production process
+ Handling chemicals safely and efficiently
Essential Skills
+ Experience in chemical mixing or batching, especially with paint or similar materials
+ Proficiency in forklift operation
+ Ability to follow batch records accurately
+ Experience in manual mixing and blending
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Proficiency in labeling and lifting up to 50 lbs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in chemical operations and manufacturing
+ Familiarity with SOPs and batch making processes
+ Ability to operate batch mixers and other machinery

Work Environment
The work schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employees will operate in a manufacturing setting involving chemical handling and machinery operation.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.
