Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced electro-mechanical technician to join our high-speed beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, routine repairs, installing, and troubleshooting plant production equipment to optimize safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires learning multiple functions within our production and maintenance areas while maintaining a high level of safety and quality awareness.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on plant production equipment.
+ Install and troubleshoot equipment to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Learn and operate multiple functions within production and maintenance areas.
+ Maintain a high level of safety and quality awareness at all times.
Essential Skills
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Preventive maintenance
+ Motors and sensors
+ Troubleshooting
+ Hydraulics
+ Boiler maintenance
+ Maintenance repair
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalency
+ Preferred 3 to 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience with Krones equipment is a plus
+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook)
+ Must have experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Work Environment
The role follows an alternating 12-hour schedule with shifts from 6pm to 6am. The schedule includes working Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, then working Friday through Sunday. The following week rotates to being off Monday and Tuesday, working Wednesday and Thursday, then off Friday through Sunday, providing every other weekend off. The work week alternates between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. There is potential to eventually move to day shifts from 6am to 6pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
