Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, responsible for assembling gear reducers, gear motors, and other drive components based on work orders. The role involves using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches, along with conducting quality checks and testing units.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble gear reducers, gear motors, and drive components according to work orders.
+ Utilize hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches.
+ Conduct quality checks and test the assembled units.
+ Manage larger units in gearbox assembly using a crane to lift parts and manipulate weights up to 50 lbs.
+ Handle smaller units in motor assembly, lifting parts weighing between 5 lbs and 30 lbs.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of assembly experience.
+ 1+ year of job tenure in recent roles.
+ Ability to move and manipulate weights up to 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in assembling units from the ground up is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.32 - $21.93/hr.
