Job Title: Packaging Associate

Job Description

As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in the process of bagging certified 100% organic whole food mushroom powder. Your duties will include lifting weights between 20-50 lbs, building boxes, labeling, wrapping, and filling small to medium-sized pouches of mushroom powder. You will also be responsible for filling boxes with labeled and sealed pouches according to work orders, prepping completed boxes for shipment, and inspecting products and boxes before shipment. Additionally, you will assist in the paperwork process, tracking counts and orders.

Responsibilities

+ Lift weights between 20-50 lbs as needed.

+ Assist in bagging certified organic mushroom powder.

+ Build boxes, label, and wrap products.

+ Fill small to medium-sized pouches with mushroom powder.

+ Fill boxes with labeled and sealed pouches following work orders.

+ Prepare completed boxes for shipment.

+ Inspect products and boxes before shipment.

+ Assist in tracking counts and processing paperwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
