Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with background in mechanical and electrical systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment.

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery.

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.

+ Maintain equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Skills

+ At least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.

+ Experience with industrial mechanical or electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical problems of production machinery.

+ Experience with VFDs, drivers, and high-speed packaging machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems is a plus.

+ Familiarity with industrial electric motors, motor controls, electrical panels, and schematics

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carbondale, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
