Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer of solid-state aircraft ground converters and power units, serving military, general aviation, commercial, and industrial sectors. This direct placement position offers the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally, working first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Travel to domestic and international locations as required, often without prior notice.
+ Communicate effectively with customers to address technical questions and provide support via calls and emails.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements with management and support staff.
+ Service, troubleshoot, start-up, and repair units both in the field and at the factory.
+ Prepare for the delivery of parts and communicate with department managers regarding field operations.
+ Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
Essential Skills
+ Fluent in English with strong communication, written, and computer skills.
+ Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
+ Two years of electrical experience in 3-phase power systems.
+ Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with service frequency (50, 60, 400Hz).
+ Experience with 3-phase motors.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, electronics, and installation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $64480.00/yr.
