Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist where you will handle various tasks involving inventory management and kit preparation. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

+ Build simple kits by picking, separating, counting, and handling inventory.

+ Assist with auto bagging of inventory.

+ Pick inventory accurately and efficiently.

+ Participate in gland assembly processes.

+ Package kits, including boxing, labeling, and taping.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs periodically.

+ Capacity to stand for the entirety of the day.

+ Proficiency in working independently.

+ Excellent hand motor skills for manipulating small parts.

+ Strong verbal direction-following skills with proficiency in English or Filipino.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with material handling equipment.

+ Comfortable with lifting 35-50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
