Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of employees responsible for the maintenance and installation of equipment used in thermal processing and coating applications. You will play a critical role in monitoring employee progress, providing performance feedback, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise employees performing maintenance and installing equipment.
+ Monitor and identify training needs, assigning specific training as necessary.
+ Provide informal and formal performance feedback.
+ Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance in the department.
+ Resolve equipment issues and manage contract personnel for specialized maintenance work.
+ Schedule routine and preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the operations department.
+ Utilize computerized maintenance management software for work order management and documentation.
+ Read and interpret engineering documents for maintenance purposes.
+ Collaborate with equipment vendors for specialty equipment or parts.
+ Manage capital projects with the Engineering Manager, including purchasing requests and supervising project milestones.
+ Maintain fiscal responsibility for the plant and department budget.
+ Assess facility conditions and initiate necessary repairs or maintenance.
+ Prepare month-end reporting and update facility maintenance KPIs.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in maintenance repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in the aerospace industry.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
+ High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
+ General knowledge of welding, cutting, brazing, hydraulics, and furnaces.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
