Job Title: A&P Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated AOG A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance on Corporate Aircraft. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft, diagnosing mechanical issues, and coordinating with the crew and customers. You will assist the lead mechanic, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the service vehicle in top condition.

Responsibilities

+ Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.

+ Ensure work is completed timely and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

+ Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems, ensuring compliance with FAR 43 documentation requirements.

+ Order and obtain necessary parts for aircraft repairs, ensuring cores are returned per established procedures.

+ Ensure all maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or specialized services comply with Quality Control procedures.

+ Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed.

+ Assist the Lead MST in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle, ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition.

Essential Skills

+ Hawker, Gulfstream, Challenger, Aircraft, A&P, Aircraft maintenance, Aviation, Corporate Jets, Business Jets, Cessna Citation, Cessna Aircraft

+ A&P License

+ 3-5 years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience

+ Minimum of 3 years experience on specified aircraft products

+ Ability to troubleshoot and understand manuals

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to travel

+ Flexibility to work weekends, Thursday to Sunday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Work Environment

The role is based indoors in a hangar environment. The dress code includes a T-shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots. This is a direct hire position with a work schedule from Thursday to Sunday. Candidates should be flexible with their availability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $124000.00/yr.
