Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to maneuver materials within the warehouse. Your duties include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all safety and regulatory policies.
Responsibilities
+ Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials.
+ Maneuver materials to and from operators to various warehouse locations.
+ Load and unload trucks of product efficiently.
+ Maintain accurate and legible records/documentation.
+ Adhere to company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.
+ Stage product for mixing and roasting operators.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts with at least 1 year of experience.
+ Material handling experience.
+ Knowledge of GMP with at least 1 year of experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing environment with GMP guidelines, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes. Operate on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Be prepared for busy seasons, especially from August to December, with potential mandated overtime, including 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays. The work involves handling tree nuts and peanuts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $43680.00/yr.
