Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available when workload demands. You will be responsible for assembling items for aircraft, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret blueprints, models, and assembly aids.
+ Understand and adhere to specifications for various customers.
+ Install inserts such as helicoil and keensert.
+ Perform bushing installation and sizing.
+ Conduct rivet installation using hand-squeezed, pneumatic squeeze, and pneumatic hammer methods.
+ Produce countersinks with and without a microstop cage.
+ Mix sealants, paints, and primers as required.
+ Perform other operations as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, finish tools, and pneumatic tools.
+ Mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous aerospace experience is preferred.
+ Ability to read and interpret specs and blueprints.
+ Comfortable with sitting and lifting up to 30 lbs.
+ Proficient in using hands and fingers for detailed work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
