**Location:** Lafayette, Georgia

**Shift:** 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturday work). Expect 50-60 hours per week!

**Pay:** $17/hour to start, $18/hour after 6 months

Position Overview

We are seeking **entry-level Assemblers** to join our production team. This role involves **mechanical assembly work** that is very basic and fully trainable. You’ll be responsible for putting together component parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment, following blueprints and instructions to ensure structurally sound products.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble parts and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and hoists to position and align components

+ Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and safety standards are met

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Support production goals by working overtime when needed

Qualifications

+ Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with tools is helpful, but **no prior assembly experience required** – we provide training

+ Ability to stand, lift, and work with tools for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
