HIRING SHOP LABORERS

We are seeking a **dedicated shop laborers** to join our growing team. In this role, you will support mechanics in the disassembly, breakdown, quality inspection, grinding, and coating of industrial conductor materials. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in industrial or production settings.

Pay: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr (depending on experience)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

Job Description:

+ Assist mechanics with disassembly and breakdown of industrial materials

+ Perform quality checks on conductor materials to ensure compliance with standards

+ Lifting and rigging

+ Conduct preventive maintenance with hand tools to maintain equipment reliability

Qualifications:

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools

+ Experience in industrial or production environments

+ Previous experience as a technician is highly valued

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
