Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will play an integral role in the manufacturing of small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. This position involves working with large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines to ensure high-quality products are delivered.
DRIVER'S LICENCES NEEDED
Responsibilities
+ Operate production line and ensure efficient workflow.
+ Push carts of product and move materials around the facility.
+ Perform lifting and labor tasks with high attention to detail.
+ Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high level of attendance.
+ Operate cranes and assist with crane operations.
+ Move and organize large metal coils.
+ Conduct quality checks on Toyota fuel lids and general production tasks.
+ Double-check products and assist in building pallets based on customer orders.
+ Setup and adjust machinery, demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
+ Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company policies.
+ Perform visual inspections of raw materials and components.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.
+ Capability to lift 30+lbs repeatedly.
+ Experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in interpreting work instructions and completing necessary paperwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a production facility or warehouse.
+ Ability to lift over their head repeatedly.
+ Open to other job duties, including machine operating as requested.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.22/hr.
