    Job Title: Traveling Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing equipment orders, coordinating with contractors and farm managers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate equipment ordering with the supply chain.

    + Ensure equipment delivery is coordinated with the farm manager.

    + Coordinate contractor equipment installation.

    + Participate in pre-construction planning.

    + Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to the supervisor throughout the project.

    + Manage daily operations of sub-contract electricians and equipment installers.

    + Ensure appropriate materials are at the project site in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.

    + Resolve shipping schedules and conflicts with the supply chain manager.

    + Perform and complete final inspection documentation.

    + Provide communication with capital planning and construction manager.

    + Previous construction-related experience and/or education in the construction field.

    + Knowledge of general construction processes, accounting systems, construction phases, materials, and vendors.

    + Ability to operate a company vehicle or receive regular mileage reimbursement.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sleepy Eye, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
