Job Title: Staging Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to efficiently manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments in accordance with company policies.
+ Prepare and process outbound shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
+ Maintain warehouse inventory control and organize stock using inventory management systems.
+ Assist with assembly and production line tasks as needed.
+ Operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Interpret blueprints and other technical documents related to shipping and receiving tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
+ Proficiency in handling shipping and receiving processes.
+ Strong knowledge of warehouse inventory and inventory control systems.
+ Ability to operate hand tools and pallet jacks.
+ Experience with shipping data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with assembly and production line processes.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Work Environment
This role is based in a large warehouse environment with up to 150 colleagues. The position requires wearing steel-toe footwear and begins at 5 a.m. from Monday to Friday, with Saturday work being rare. The typical shift ends at 1:30 p.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
