Dishwasher - Corporate Dining, Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Clean and sanitize** dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.

+ **Maintain cleanliness** of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and trash disposal zones, following health and safety standards.

+ **Assist with inventory** by organizing and storing clean items in designated areas.

+ **Support food service operations** by ensuring timely availability of clean dishware for meal preparation and service.

+ **Operate and maintain** dishwashing machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

+ **Follow safety protocols** for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.

+ **Collaborate with kitchen staff** to maintain smooth workflow during peak service times.

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in food service or dishwashing preferred.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
